The challenge

Every visit started with a clipboard, a pen on a string, and a staff member re-typing it all by hand. It was slow, error-prone, and the first thing every patient experienced was friction.

What we built

A physical check-in kiosk concept designed for a real waiting room, not a trade show
A calm, accessible check-in flow that a nervous first-time patient can finish in under a minute
A live front-desk dashboard so staff see who’s arrived without anyone re-typing anything
Automated reminder and intake texts that arrive before the visit, not during it

The result

Check-in time dropped from minutes to seconds, the re-typing disappeared, and the first thing patients now feel is that someone thought about them.
